2024 NCAA women’s water polo championship: Selections, bracket, schedule

The 2024 NC women’s water polo tournament began with a selection show on Monday, April 29 where the nine-team championship field was announced. Out of the nine teams selected to compete in the championship,  the two lowest seeds will play in the opening round with the winner advancing to the quarterfinals.

Championships history 

Stanford has won each of the last two NC women’s water polo championships, both against Southern California. The Cardinal have the most titles in championship history with nine.

2024 NC women’s water polo championship selections

The NCAA Women’s Water Polo Committee announced the nine teams vying for the 2024 National Collegiate Women’s Water Polo Championship. Seven teams have been placed in the bracket; the remaining two teams will compete for the last berth in the bracket via an opening-round game.
