For the third consecutive year, the Emory Eagles claimed the 2024 DIII men’s swimming and diving national championship. Kenyon was named the 2024 women’s national champion for the second time in the past three years.
In Saturday’s national championship meet, Emory, led by head coach Jon Howell, took home the men’s title after scoring a total of 434 points followed by runner-up Kenyon with 391 points.
Kenyon’s women’s team, led by head coach Jess Book, claimed its national title after leading with a total of 448 points. Denison fell behind with 430 points.
The 2024 NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships began March 20 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Greensboro Aquatic Center and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference hosted the event and its qualifiers.
