Cops want to identify woman after child allegedly assaulted

Toronto Police are requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect wanted after a child was allegedly assaulted.

Cops said that on Wednesday at about 5 p.m., police responded to a child abuse call in the Bloor St. W.-Brock Ave. area.

It’s reported that a man, woman and two children, who appeared to be under five years old, were walking together in the area, when the woman allegedly began assaulting one of the children. The woman was confronted by someone and fled the scene before police arrived.

The female suspect is 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-7 with a large build, pink hair and tattoos on her chest and arm. She was wearing a blue tank top, black shorts and sandals.

PEEL COPS PROBING ROAD-RAGE SHOOTING

Peel police are seeking assistance from the public regarding an ongoing shooting investigation.

Cops said that on June 29 at 11:49 p.m., a road-rage incident occurred on Derry Rd. at Terragar Blvd. in Mississauga, resulting in multiple shots being fired at the victim’s vehicle.

No physical injuries were reported.

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer-model black Acura TLX.

MAN SOUGHT AFTER ASSAULT AT HOME

Toronto Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect in connection with an alleged assault.

It was reported that on June 2 at about 10:20 p.m., a man drove in a dark-coloured Cadillac ATS to the victim’s home in the Keele St.-Wilson Ave. area. The man rang the doorbell and when the victim opened the door, the man allegedly punched the victim in the face and fled in the waiting vehicle.

The male suspect is 6-foot with a medium build, shaved head, black goatee and moustache. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants with a grey/white stripe on the side and black sneakers.

WOMAN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ON TRAIL

Toronto Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a male suspect wanted in a sexual assault investigation.

Cops said that on Saturday at about 10:30 a.m., a male suspect with a knife in the Guildwood Pkwy.-Galloway Rd. area attacked a woman from behind as she was walking on a trail and sexually assaulted her before fleeing.

The male suspect is described as white and 25 to 35 years old with a thin build and shoulder-length, curly, reddish-brown hair. He was wearing a red basketball jersey and black pants.
