Ravindra Jadeja ended the partnership by dismissing Warner for 52 off 53. Smith fell soon for 41 off 60 after which finishing efforts led by Josh Inglis and captain Pat Cummins, who was unbeaten on 21 off just nine balls, helped Australia to a total of 276.(ANI )

India were off to a flier in the chase with openers Shubman Gill and Ruturaj Gaikwad putting up a 142-run partnership. Gill scored 74 in 63 balls while Gaikwad made 71 in 77. (AP)

India were then shaken by a flurry of wickets. Adam Zampa broke the opening stand by dismissing Gaikwad after which Shreyas Iyer was run out. Gill then fell to Zampa of course and India thus lost three wickets between the 22nd and 24th overs. Ishan Kishan then fell to Pat Cummins in 33rd but Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav then brought the chase back on track. (PTI)
